Individual, fast, flexible: with our new price packages, you get exactly the live subtitles you need. Whether you are a company, (digital) event or employee – we want EVE subtitles to be available to everyone.
Why have we customized the packages?
The needs of our customers are different. And corona has shown us that EVE is not only needed at events and meetings. Employees should also benefit from live subtitles in their daily work. Supporting translations for non-native speakers or employees with hearing impairments – EVE can help. We have adapted our price packages so that you get exactly the live subtitles you need.

Package for employees
Support in the workplace
EVE is mainly used at events, meetings and functions. But why shouldn’t EVE be available for everyday work in the office? After all, inclusion doesn’t stop at the end of a meeting. Among other things, EVE can support people with hearing impairments or hearing disabilities in their daily work. The costs are reimbursable by the Inclusion Office. An individual demo or support can be booked at any time for an additional charge.
Price: 50,-€ per hour, net
Annual subscription for employees or groups
Lots of use
For employees who need EVE very often during the day or want to share an EVE account with a team, there is our annual subscription. Every month you will receive 160 hours of EVE subtitle service credited to your account. That’s a whopping 1920 EVE service hours per year. And at an hourly subscription price of just under 39 euros. An individual demo or support can be booked at any time for an additional charge.
Event package S
Digital conference or lecture
Are you planning a presentation or a digital conference and live subtitles are a must? Then our event package S is perfect for you. One hour of EVE including demo and IT support is available from €100 per hour.
Including: individual demo, project management and IT support
Price: from 100,- € per hour
Event package XL
Livestream or large on-site events
For larger events such as livestreams or on-site events, there is our XL event package. We provide someone to set up EVE for the event on site and provide on-site support.
Included: Event set-up, on-site support, briefing for speakers
Price: 1600,- € for up to 8 hours duration
Offline
Use on own server
In addition we offer soon a licensemodel as an offline version for use on your own servers. This gives you 100% control over the management of your data and allows you to an unlimited number of EVE hoursnumber per year.
Dictionary
Lots of technical jargon
Does the presentation or meeting contain a lot of technical jargon and names? Then it makes sense to fill the EVE dictionary with these terms beforehand so that the output is correct. We can do this for you on request.
Price: 0.5 hours will be deducted from the time allotment for working on the dictionary
Your individual offer
In order to be able to advise you better and adapt EVE to your needs, the price packages are customized in consultation with our Partner Manager Annika manufactured. Orders via our online store are no longer possible with immediate effect. With all our packages, usage time is billed by the second. Unused time is of course still available for use.
